“The 'water and dirt' absorbing mat didn't fit under the door when open (my fault should have thought of that I guess) which meant I couldn't use it lengthwise indoors (for maximum walk-on space. So I put it outside the back door and while our dog likes to lie on it, it does not absorb mud or water from her paws as promoted.”

“Unfortunately, it took nearly two weeks for the concentrated bottle of Petlab to arrive after advertising 'quick delivery.' Furthermore, I have had to use the whole bottle for a couple of weeks rather than a few months because the smell of dog urine is still very strong. I followed all the directions to the letter. Our backyard is not very large, we have two dogs, one is small the other is a bigger dog. I have not found the odour has gone away at all... especially when the sun comes out.”

“First I got a broken bottle and no replacement. Lost some but could still use it. But I’ve tried it for a few months this and it hasn’t made any difference my puppy is still going in the same spots when I’m using the spray.”

“Product doesn't act the way it advertises. It smells good but that's about it. Doesn't deter my dog from doing his business elsewhere but the same spots. Waste of money!”

“Unfortunately it hasn't worked, although I find it helps with the smell, it has not stopped my cat spraying in same place every day. It takes a lot of product, barely used a week and almost gone. I will not be purchasing again.”

“I think Your product has changed smell isn’t as strong And I do not understand why the concentrate makes 6 litres and your already made up One is 5 litres wouldn’t it make sence to have it 6 litres I think It’s 5 so your customers only get 5”

“The mat doesn’t stay in place at all. It slides away when my dogs run over it (I have seen this happen on my pet cam - it’s not being pulled in their mouths as your less-than-helpful Facebook comment suggested) and then I get dirty footprints everywhere. It is only marginally better than the old towel I had on the floor previously.”

“Item never arrived sadly had to ask for refund. They blamed courier service. Was well over a month until I questioned them about it. Would have been nice them to contact me and talk me about the delay especially being a small family business customer service is everything”

“I liked the smell but unfortunately it has made bigger stain patches rather then removing the wee stains, so unfortunately I won’t be re purchasing this product. The price I paid for something to only do have of what it claimed is a little disappointing, but like I said the smell was nice.”

Hi Tanya, Thanks so much for your feedback. This is quite a common occurrence, stains can worsen before getting better, as the Enzyme solution works to bring the uric acid crystals to the surface before removing them completely. “Pretty annoying due to lack of customer service. I ordered two loads of the outdoor disinfectant cleaner and accidentally it put my shipping address to my old address. I then emailed three times and called the support line asking for it to be changed Tommy new address. Didn’t hear back at all but instead got inundated with promotion emails. Trying to get my original order back now and still have had no response from PetLab. Not great service”
