Apalling lack of service. Products are laate, they take daus to answer emails and do not answer their phones. Total unprofessional rip-off

I have used the company before with no issues but my last order was incorrect and missing a bag of dog food. 3 emails with no response and a telephone number no one fancies answering just awful service. Shocking!

Little Peckers.....took my money and got no order and no information- they do not answer emails or telephone .....it is a scam I am reporting them to my bank

Utterly appallingly service. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. They have my money but I don’t have my order. They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. Maybe they will respond to this. Avoid at all costs….. because it will cost you on time, money and disappointment.

0000000000 stars paid twice for dog food still waiting for refund phone never answered no reply to emails shocking treatment of customers TAKING MONEY AND THEN NOT REFUNDING IT GOING ONTO INSTAGRAM AND TWITTER NOW DONT BUY FROM THEM

I've been a loyal customer of Titmus Dog food for many years.My latest order has vanished with Yodel who are down right dishonest.They say delivered last Saturday but I don't have it Pet-spectrum are not responding to my e-mails or giving me any help to get the delivery to me.It is a sad day that Yodel are letting them and me down.I need to get my money back and get someone else to deliver urgently.But for a call or e-mail Pet-spectrum are loosing a long term customer.

Little Peckers, who trade through Pet Spectrum Group, are a diabolical company. They have taken my £60 of my money for bird food and say order has been dispatched by Yodel last Friday 11th November. The tracking number they give has absolutely no bearing whatsoever with Yodel's Tracking Number and the bird food has not arrived. Steer well clear of this lot if you value your sanity.

Took the money, no response to emails!! Phone number is for pet spectrum, and umbrella for around 9 other companies! BAD BAD BAD. Where is my order??

Wish I could give 0, took nearly 2 weeks for my order just arrived today (they say should get 3-5 days) not answering phone or emails so I rang their parent company they said I’d get a call back as they’d speak to them to not here anything until they were about to close I got a email with a tracking number, then took 2 days to get my order sent to yodel, I wouldn’t buy again I like communication on my purchases I generally thought this was a scam website

I ordered horse feed which eventually arrived, ripped badly and leaking feed. Yodel said they would return it that day to EquiSupermarket. I emailed the company and a fortnight later am still awaiting a response. I am now £36 out of pocket and they do not reply by email and do not answer the phone. All I have done is donate my money to a company for no product. I am cross with myself for not reading reviews first. Ironically - this company used to OK. Next step Office of Fair Trading I think...

I have placed several orders with Little Peckers part of this group. Lead time has been very variable. The order was placed on 18 June 2022 but as at 1 July the order has not been received although it is showing as despatched on my account. I have sent several emails and tried to telephone the company but have not received a reply to either. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS with this company as it appears as in other reviews they are not to be trusted.

All the other bad reviews are true, wish I had checked first. They took money and never delivered. I ordered and the order and payment went through successfully on their website. I emailed them after receiving no email confirmation (I had a success page on their website though). Their website is clearly totally broken. Pretty important stuff having a working checkout... Took absolutely ages for them to respond, and when they did it was very unsatisfactory. I actually had to ring their parent company to finally get through to anyone. And then many days later they basically told me it was my fault, even though they sent a screenshot that clearly showed a successful order that was cancelled by them the day after. My dogs had to have corner shop food and got ill. So 'Time For Paws' is more like 'Time For Pain for innocent sentient beings due to gross negligence'. Someone should sue them. They are either criminals or completely incompetent or a mixture of both. I only got a refund by going through by bank. AVOID and REPORT.

Repoted them to Hertfordshire Citizens Advice and trading Standards.They should be blocked from trading Lost my money to them and get no replies from their Query form or phone & email. They are criminals.DO NOT USE THEM PLEASE!
