“I purchased a gotz doll from this site, gorgeous doll, very much like American girl doll but IMO have sweeter faces. My daughter adores her and I’m really pleased with the quality of the doll. Certainly will stand the test of time. Also, packaged very well and arrived in plenty of time. Great service.”

“My 7 year old adores her Jessica doll, she takes her averywhere and treats her like her so well. She has asked for another doll for her next birthday to have a sister for her Jess! Beautiful doll, well made and I’m sure will stand the rest of time.”

“I have order Petalina products from Canada numerous times. Customer service is excellent. Their friendly supportive staff reply promptly and patiently to all questions and go above and beyond to facilitate requests. Shipping is seamless and of course the dolls and accessories that are sold on the site are wonderful. I would highly recommend this website to others-dealing with Petalina has been a great experience!”

“I ordered a doll which turned out to be smaller than I required . However delivery was swift. I decided to return the doll and Cate and co were extremely helpful with this and I quickly received a full refund. Because of the 'No fuss attitude' and swift response I will definitely be ordering from Petalina again.”

“Received my Gotz Precious Day Jessica with Fringe 2016 doll and I love her! Such a beautiful doll! She travelled a great distance to America and was in perfect condition. She was packaged very well, I was able to track her journey, and she arrived in a timely manner. This 2016 version of Precious Day doll has a smaller body than my Julia and Elisabeth, which I like. Finding clothes to fit will be easier. Very satisfied customer! Thank you, Petalina, Ltd! I will be purchasing from you again!”
