“Thanks for your excellent service and communication. Your customer service and advice was very much appreciated. The speed of delivery was outstanding the doll arrived within 7 days of despatch from UK to NZ. We were impressed with the robust packaging as very often with items shipped long distance the packaging can crushed in this case it arrived in pristine condition. All round excellent service and ultimately a very happy young girl with her birthday present.”

“I ordered a Bonnie and Pearl doll recently for my niece she arrived promptly and wrapped up really securely to protect her from being damaged, and I have ordered a coat for my nieces doll and received notice that it received then shipped a few hours later which is great.”

“Shopping with Petalina was a breeze. Website is very user friendly and makes it very easy to find a thing that you are looking for:) Order was processed immediately, shipping to Canada was also quite fast and very affordable too! I was getting updates regularly on delivery process. Overall I had great experience shopping with Petalina and I would definitely do it again! Thank you!”

“I was extremely happy buying from Petalina Ltd. My telephone enquiries were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. The delivery of the doll was early which was a wonderful surprise. However, most importantly, the little girl who chose the doll that I had purchased for her birthday was absolutely thrilled and was eagerly waiting for my visit early on the morning of her birthday”

“We are returning Grandparents who sent a doll to Father Christmas for our Granddaughter last year. She was absolutely delighted with the doll (she named her Bella) and loves her everyday. The doll has a gorgeous face, hair, eyes, eyelashes and clothes. The quality of the doll and clothes are second to none. A lot has happened since last Christmas and our middle Daughter and her Partner have given us another gorgeous and amazing Grandchild and a Nephew for our Granddaughter, as a result she now wants a "Boy baby" for Christmas 2017. The first point of call was Petalina because of how pleased we were last year, and how pleased our Granddaughter still is with the doll Father Christmas brought her. I looked online and my first choice was out of stock so I phoned and initially got an answerphone. I was called back within minutes from a friendly assistant (sorry, I cannot remember your name) who suggested various options to choose from. I went away from the call to make a decision. We decided which doll would be best suited to our Granddaughter and ordered online. The order arrived within a couple of days, which was wrapped, as beautiful as last year, in a gorgeous box and tissue paper. As we bought from the same supplier last year we are not sure if this is Petalina's presentation or Antonio Juan's. Whoever it is from, it is gorgeous. We would highly recommend buying from Petalina if you want a beautiful quality doll. We do not think you, or whoever you buy for will be disappointed. Regards Wilson x”

“I ordered Gotz Happy Kidz Louisa, and thought I would have to wait a long time for her to travel "across the pond". She arrived very quickly as though on a first class airline ticket. I love her and she is settling in nicely with the other Gotz girls.”
