“I've been ordering from Petalina for years now. Without exception the customer service has been excellent. They go out of their way to help and offer a really personal shopping experience. The orders always arrive promptly and beautifully wrapped. Most importantly all the children I've bought presents for have been delighted. This company is a real find!”

“Thank you for so promptly dealing with my order. The goods have arrived and look so cute. I've yet to give them to my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter - most likely for Christmas. I plan to keep an eye on your web site for other suitable clothes as they are hard to find here in Australia. Again my thanks for your assistance.”

“I purchased two dolls dresses for my grand-daughter's doll. One was out of stock according to the website so I telephoned and the lady said she had one at another shop and would send it. We received both dresses within 2/3 days and we were delighted. Well done and thank you!”

“Wow! Excellent service, I got exactly what I wanted (Corolle dolls clothes) using the very clear website and they arrived 2 days later beautifully wrapped in time for 7 year olds birthday. Impressed. Thank you Petalina! Highly recommend this site.”

“I found the website very helpful and very easy to use. I knew I wanted a doll but I didn't know which one so this site really helped explain the different types of dolls, what their hair was like, their limbs, if they closed their eyes or not, the age group, and how to care for them. All the things I wanted to know. Delivery was very quick and I knew exactly when to expect delivery. I was delighted with the doll, clothes & accessories I ordered and I cant wait to share the fun with my daughter. Roll on 25th Dec!! I will definitely be coming back to buy more from your website. “I received the goods ordered from Petalina in a very timely manner noting that they arrived more quickly from London than mail arrives from across the Tasman. They had been wrapped with love and care in tissue along with the business card attatched by a pretty pink ribbon and protected in bubble wrap for safe travel. Im delighted with the service provided and my grandaughter will squeal with glee when she opens her gift for Christmas. Thankyou staff at Petalina. I wont hesitate to purchase online from you again.
