“Petalina is the only place to go for dolls and anything and everything for them. The descriptions are really thorough and accurate, the prices are competitive and the customer care is second to none. Any queries I have raised have been answered quickly and the packages are beautifully packed and wrapped. I haven't received any product from this company that I haven't been 100% happy with. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I enjoy ordering my dolls from Petalina because I know I will get quality products and excellent service. Their communication is great concerning the purchase and packaging is nice with extra little touches included. The variety of merchandise is fantastic and prices are lower than most other websites. “I was extremely happy with the service I received. The doll, Hanna, was beautiful and the clothes purchased are very well made. My little girl goes everywhere with her. She now has a list of clothes on her Xmas list. So I will be making an order very soon ????”

“I recently bought two dolls from Petalina: the slim, dark-haired Maru and the Gotz Happy KIdz ballerina - sweet-faced Sophie. The service from Petalina was amazing! Cate was very accommodating regarding payment methods and my request for a very specific delivery date. Communication was excellent: friendly, but professional throughout. These beautiful girls arrived on the planned date without a hitch; beautifully packed and with a lovely little note. I was absolutely delighted with the service from Petalina and am planning on buying another doll (lovely Julika) from them in the very near future. Keep up the good work! Pauline”

“My little granddaughter loves her dolly and plays with her all the time. The pushchair was lovely but my son in law put the legs in thd wrong way round and unfortunately we were unable to pull them off so cannot use it. Love the other items especially the cot and baby clothes and will be ordering Christmas presents soon”

Hello Helen, thank you for your review. I'm sorry you have had problems with the pushchair. Are you sure nothing can be done to remove them and try again? What about using some sort of oil and leaving it on for a while to see if that will allow the plastic to move? Please let me know. Cate

“Actually sent in my review when I got Libby so don't know where it disappeared to! Needless to say I was more than delighted with her- superb quality & your service first class. More to the point though my 3 year old Norwegian granddaughter was thrilled with it & first night had Libby in bed with her & still has. Thank you so much , I will have no hesitation in recommending your product to other like-minded people”
