“I recently bought two Hannah dolls by Gotz from Petalina. They are simply exquisite dolls. Bought as Christmas presents but I am positive I I will have two very happy little girls this Christmas. Cate was extremely helpful throughout and I will definately be back!”

“I recently ordered online 4 beautiful Dolls from Petalina. The service was excellent, the quality of the dolls is amazing. I received the dolls within 3 weeks from date of order. Amazing considering they were mailed to Australia. Very good price also. I will be ordering many more dolls in the future. Here in Australia I cannot buy any dolls the same beautiful quality Kerry R Australia”

“I wish I could have rated Petalina as exceptional because that is what my experience has been. I love all the dolls I have bought. Buying dolls unseen is nervewracking. In a retail shop I walk up and down the aisle seeing which doll I connect with. I put that responsibility on to Cate and her team. And they take that responsibility seriously! I also know that Petalina has really high standards in regard to doll manufacturers and inspect every doll. If there is a fault like wonky eyes or marks on the face it is sent back. It doesn't get sold either in her shop or online. Payment is really easy with delivery and purchase in the one transaction, unlike other online UK dollshops, which saves on bank currency conversion fees.”

“I bought Bella Coleta and she is beautiful. My 4 year old granddaughter has not seen her yet, but I am finding it difficult not to take her out of the box and cuddle her. She is as shown on line. Delivery was swift and the packaging good. I also bought two outfits to go with her and they are also good. One item of clothing is out of stock but I have ask to be informed when it is in stock, which I hope will be in time for Christmas.”

“The only problem I found was some light blue marks on the back of his shoulders which I told them about and they were going to look into it about getting some sort of refund. As of yet I have not heard anything. Also I was told to buy Oxy10 to remove the mark but have not been able to find any where I live. Rather annoying for the price of these dolls also one leg tends to stick out sideways have to fight with it to get it straight.”

Hello Dianne, I'm sorry I haven't come back to you sooner about sorting out the problem with your doll. I still haven't heard from the manufacturer despite sending a lot of emails and leaving phone messages which is very frustrating. But you are right, I should have emailed to let you know we hadn't forgotten you. When we first discussed the problem I didn't have the option of replacing the doll for you, but two days ago we received more stock, so what I am going to do is to send you a replacement doll without any marks and we don't need you to send back the faulty one. If you hold onto him, as soon as we get a minute we are planning a blog post about Oxy10 and what it can do, and the different products available round the world that contain the same chemical that removes the marks so successfully. You could then do that, change the wig, and you will have a totally unique doll. How does that sound? I will also email directly. Cate
