“My first purchase from Petalina was promptly shipped and arrived well packed on 5th July. My questions were answered by Cate within a few hours, which I thought was quite amazing considering the time difference. I love the doll I purchased she is exceptionally well made and dressed. Actually I was so impressed by the service provided, I purchased another doll today and she has already been shipped! Thank you Cate!”

“I buy all my dolls through Petalina. Cate gives such excellent customer service, and I am assured of the best price, even though I am currently in the States. Every doll is perfect. This Bonnie & Pearl Beatrice is exceptionally wonderful. The dolls are fabulous. Heavy, with bisque like vinyl, and beautifully wigged, they have a very English personification. My doll was sent with speed and packaged perfectly. I am so grateful to Cate and her team. They never let you down.”

“Great communication & tracking for parcel delivery abroad. Bought just the accessories we needed for Winter in Oz, and the 'Summer Fun' set is stashed away ready to go for a scorching Christmas Down Under. (Bonnie & Pearl gloves don't fit our Gotz & American Girl dolls, but all other clothing and accessories do). Such a great selection to choose from. Thank you Petalina.”

Thank you for you review. It does feel odd thinking about the winter set being perfect whilst we are here in a UK heatwave and you wanting the summer set for Christmas. But you have made us smile here in the Petalina office. Also thank you for your comment about the gloves. It has made me double check our website and I'm glad that we had realised this and that we report that they only fit Bonnie & Pearl, Maplelea and Kidz 'n' Cats dolls, so we apologise if you had missed this. “FANTASTIC!! Easy to order, great overview of the different dolls, great customer service that replied fast and friendly, shipping quickly and last but not least great products. My 6 year old daughter is in love with her miaculti baby doll ❤️. We don't have dolls like that in Norway!! Kristin”
