“Cate and her Team offer a highly satisfying service! An appealing, very intuitive website, with an extensive personaly chosen range of quality Dolls and accesories are irresistible to encounter. Regular specials, loyalty rewards and reliable communication clinches the deal! Then with careful attention to packing instructions and incredilbly fast shipping, Petalina has been a delight to deal with. I have lost count of how many times I have returned to Petalina, (I don't think my husband has!) each time as excited as the first! One occasion of a faulty doll was handled with absolute responsibility on their part and resolved with complete satisfaction. Thank you Cate from each of my five children and me for lots of joy delivered! Yes...and from hubby! Anastasia, Australia”

“I recently purchased a Gotz doll for my daughters 5th Birthday and I found that Petalina had the best range at the best prices, the shipping took a week to arrive to Australia with no breakage to the doll or its packaging. I'm very impressed! Great service, Thank you Petalina”

“This doll is for my great granddaughter for Christmas she is going to love it the doll is beautiful with extras bottle change of clothes blanket nappy set is beautiful and well made delivery was fast not taken doll out of box as is a gift but very happy with it.”

“Great range of quality products hard to find on the high street. Great communication. Super prompt dispatch and 24 hour delivery. Parcels well wrapped. Great competitive prices helped by extra discount for signing up to newsletter so best price around. Delighted Mother and child customers.”

“I bought Melanie Finouche and it was very easy to navigate the website. With lots of information about the doll and photos. The delivery was very well thought out. Text and email information keeping me updated with a chance to change date if needed. On the day of delivery I was given a one hour window for delivery so I could get on with my day. The doll was packed in pink tissue with Cate pink signature ribbon such a nice thought. Cate was very helpful from start to finish. Plus after sales was excellent Cate seeing I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Petalina I have been a customer for several years. Cate and her team are so helpful nothing to much to ask.”

“I phoned Cate with an order which needed to be delivered to our hotel speedily,before our flight home to Canada.She was so friendly and accommodating on the phone! Nico arrived,beautifully wrapped,by express mail.He was so well packaged we were able to take him out his box and rewrap him in the bubble wrap we found in his outer box.Many thanks,Cate ,for your wonderful service in sending Nico so promptly!He has now made friends with Robert and is very happy in Canada!”

“because I found a perfect little doll for my great niece ,she is only 4 week old, when I saw the doll at 12 inch tall,,reminds me of stories when I was born in 1944. I weighed 1,lb 8oz,, after 3 gr/sons..and great nephew,im so thrilled of a little girl.”
