“over the past four years I have bought quite a number of dolls from Petalina for my grandaughter all of which I have loved and more importantly so does my grandaughter. There are times when a doll I wish for is out of stock but I am always told when it comes in. Each doll has been as described and the clothing to die for. I'm told I'm fulfilling my childhood with all the dolls. Each doll comes wrapped in pink tissue and ribbon (later used for bunches). Service and de,I very is excellent.”

“I love Petulina's dolls , the 33cm toddler dolls are particularly suitable for my granddaughters , they have had four of these dolls over the last few years and they go everywhere with them . I asked for an email when new stock arrived and was delighted to receive what I wanted . The prices are competitive and delivery prompt . Thank you”

“Recent experience with Petalina and comparison with some other doll shops has made me realize Petalina's is the best!! Customer service from start to finish is A+++. Communication is great and speedy. My package arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. The prices are more reasonable at Petalina than at most shops which is much appreciated. I will be going back to them for my next doll purchase for sure.”

“Yet again, outstanding service from Petalina. Website is easy to navigate with amazing descriptions of each product which is helpful when there are so many beautiful things to choose from. Order was promptly dispatched. Order arrived well packaged in a discreet box (perfect for hiding from inquisitive children). Once we opened outer box, all gifts were beautifully packaged. I love browsing this website for gifts for my girls and I would recommend to anyone. I have a feeling I'll be purchasing again before Christmas. Thanks again.”

“When I contacted Petalina and spoke to Cate about the possibility of obtaining a wooden cradle which was no longer shown on their website for my granddaughter, I was unaware of the efforts she and her team would take to make a little girl happy. This is the second time I have brought presents for my grandchildren from Petalina and I cannot fault them for the care , effort and consideration they put in to fulfil my requests. The dolls and doll furniture they stock are of excellent quality along with their speed of delivery. A big thankyou to everyone at Petalina .”

“I had a great experience with Petalina. I ordered the antonia juan sleepy bimba rosa and she is a beauty. I was unsure of size of clothes and if doll would be suitable for my 3 yr old so sent an email and was guided through my choices and the outfit i wanted was tried on the doll for me. I received my order very quickly and when you open it you just know its special in its beautiful box. Im already looking at dolls for daughters birthday. Think I get as much pleasure from choosing the dolls as she gets playing wit them”
