“The doll was very well packaged and easily tracked. It was sent internationally and arrived two weeks later. I was very happy with the service provided.”

“I love shopping at Petalina. There are so many lovely dolls to choose from and the customer service is outstanding. I am in the US and the shipping is very fast and the cost is very reasonable. I never look anywhere else when I shop for dolls. Petalina has the best collection and I have wonderful shopping experience every time! Thank you Petalina!”

“My daughter is so pleased with her Llorens 'cry baby'! She wants to take it everywhere. It is such a beautiful doll and come packaged in a lovely box. I had expected delivery to take a few days, so was very pleased when it arrived the following day. Great doll and fantastic service. Thank you!”
