“This was my first order with Petalina, but it won't be my last. The shipping was faster to Texas than expected. My doll was packaged safely and there was even a follow-up contact. I love the stickers. Thank you!”

“Hesitated about spending this much on a doll for my daughter but really wanted her to have a doll that looked like her. OMG - amazing - doll is just beautiful - almost feels like you are holding a newborn. Clothes are just exceptional quality - just need to figure out how to stop her crying without the dummy! So delighted I took the chance - fast delivery and beautifully presented - you wont be disappointed!”

“I purchased a gotz doll from this site, gorgeous doll, very much like American girl doll but IMO have sweeter faces. My daughter adores her and I’m really pleased with the quality of the doll. Certainly will stand the test of time. Also, packaged very well and arrived in plenty of time. Great service.”

“I have order Petalina products from Canada numerous times. Customer service is excellent. Their friendly supportive staff reply promptly and patiently to all questions and go above and beyond to facilitate requests. Shipping is seamless and of course the dolls and accessories that are sold on the site are wonderful.
