“I was looking to find a really pretty doll for my granddaughter and I came across this website. There is so much information given and so many dolls to choose from, all beautiful. I chose sienna muffin doll , which has lovely features and will suit a three year old perfectly I think. Looking at all the beautiful dolls took me back to my own childhood, and I am expecting a second doll today, a Hannah one, which I tell myself is for my granddaughter in a couple of years, but it really is for granny I think. I don't think it will be my last one either. A great company with a personal touch. Thank you.”

“I’ve used Petalina quite a few times for purchasing a doll, clothes and dolls furniture for my daughter. Each time I have been impressed by how easy it is to use their wedbsite, the speed of delivery and the beautiful way each garment is packaged in addition to the high quality of the products. On the one occasion I needed to contact customer support, I found them to be extremely helpful and they resolved my issue without quibble, keeping me up to date every step of the way. I can’t recommend Petalina highly enough. Thank you”

“I recently purchased Hannah Loves Party Glamour for myself to be my Christmas gift . I always purchase a gift for me that I know I will love. 🤗 Hannah arrived well packaged and fast on her long trip to California. I only let myself have a quick look when she arrived because I am hoping to wait until Christmas this year to take her out of her box. I'm not very good at waiting. 😊 I have always been pleased with my orders from Petalina's and know I can trust Cate to take care of a problem if that ever happened. That is very important when ordering from another country. I look forward to taking Hannah out of her box. I love her side parted hair and picture her with many bows to match her outfits.”

“Thanks for your excellent service and communication. Your customer service and advice was very much appreciated. The speed of delivery was outstanding the doll arrived within 7 days of despatch from UK to NZ. We were impressed with the robust packaging as very often with items shipped long distance the packaging can crushed in this case it arrived in pristine condition. All round excellent service and ultimately a very happy young girl with her birthday present.”

“I ordered a Bonnie and Pearl doll recently for my niece she arrived promptly and wrapped up really securely to protect her from being damaged, and I have ordered a coat for my nieces doll and received notice that it received then shipped a few hours later which is great.”
