“I placed an order on Monday evening which to my surprise arrived Wednesday! Everything was carefully packaged and the email confirmation from order to delivery was superb! I will most certainly be placing an order again in the very near future. First class customer service!”

“Petalina is my favorite doll shop! Any question I've ever asked has been answered quickly and efficiently. Shipping costs to the United States are very reasonable, and I generally receive my package within 7-10 days. I love the large selection of beautiful dolls, and the prices just can't be beat! Every purchase I've made has been a joy, and I look forward to shopping more with Petalina in the future!”

“Kate your representative was very helpful—select a doll. Your Petalina site was easy to navigate and the shipping was incredibly fast to the United States. The doll arrived safely with no issues— wonderful shopping experience and I will be telling friends in a Doll club that I belong to to shop petalina. I will be returning for more. (I just wish that Gotz still offered classic blonde :-) Luisa — hint hint!!)”

“I had very good advice over the phone before I made my purchase and I am delighted with the doll and horse which have arrived. I know my granddaughter will love them. Delivery was swift and efficient and the parcel arrived exactly when expected.”

“I purchased a new Kidz N Cats Laura and she is so wonderful! I am very pleased with her! She poses so well, and is so well made , and so beautiful! I will treasure her always! Petaline is an excellent to site to purchase from. I feel very confident purchasing from them, knowing that my doll will be inspected before sending it to me. I am confident that Petalina only sells the best of dolls and doll products. Customer service and communication are top notch, and I feel that they truly care about their customers and products.”

“Petalina obviously loves what it does - and so it should: its products are gorgeous. The prices are excellent, the service careful and speedy. My main reason for buying from them is the range of gorgeous dolls.”
