“Excellent service from Petalina. I called them from Dubai a few days before my daughter's birthday with an urgent request for a doll and it was delivered within a few days. The lady I spoke to when I placed my order was extremely helpful, going though the options with me over the phone, to help me identify the perfect doll for my daughter. I would highly recommend Petalina and will definitely be buying from them again. Oh.... and my daughter absolutely loved her doll! Thanks guys!”

“I was looking for a Kathe Kruse Waldorf Baby Doll and was so happy to find it on the Petalina website. That should have made me happy enough, but the fantastic customer service -answering my emails and a quick delivery really couldn't have been better. The doll arrived and is perfect. A very big Thank You to all at Petalina.”

“I ordered a set of clothes for my granddaughter's 15" doll, she was delighted and started a whole afternoon's playtime with them. The clothes are well made and easy for children to put on and take off, good stretchy material. She loved her doll's bike helmet, she takes her everywhere on her trike now. Will be ordering more, the delivery was prompt and the goods well packed.”

“A simple ordering process and fast delivery. I have used Petalina several times and the service is excellent. The products arrive promptly and beautifully wrapped. The dolls are gorgeous and the lovely clothes are very well made; they will last for many years. More importantly the grandchildren love them!”

“From the pretty website with an amazing array of beautiful dolls for all ages, right down to the lovingly packaged parcel that is always dispatched promptly, Petalina is a fantastic company to buy from! “Delivery was fast...and I am in Australia! Packaging was exquisite...The little gotz baby doll was dressed fit for a royal baby!....The detail on the clothes was of a very high standard. Petalina is the BEST stop for dolly shopping...I have tried others and come back all the time, For me...I give Petalina a ten...for perfection, Hard to find on the internet.....a company that never fails to deliver perfection...there is a lot of love there...congratulations girls.”
