“I like your website and was really pleased that your firm is situated in Surrey and if I had wanted to pick up the phone to speak to you I could. You kept me well informed regarding the delivery(by email) and the doll was delivered within a few days of ordering by a very pleasant young man. Unlike many delivery firms these days. The doll is a birthday present for my granddaughter and she won't be opening her present until tomorrow but of what I saw of her she is a pretty doll and I love the fact that she opens and closes her eyes. I could have ordered the doll for £10 less with Amazon but I prefer to deal with quality companies and you appear to be one of them. Regards Monique Allright”

“Having just purchased another beautiful doll from Petalina, I absolutely love the whole Petalina experience. My daughters and myself often view all the gorgeous dolls on the website and as doll lovers we compile and add to our wish list frequently. I have found Cate to be most helpful and efficient in dealing with enquiries and the presentation and care taken to ensure the arrival in the post of another much loved member of our doll family is quite something else.”

“They sent a 'dolly potty' to my tiny granddaughter to help with potty training! Great because - they had one to send; it was as described, the buying process was straightforward, it arrived when they said it would.”

“I purchased our generation tea set for two and bag and lap top the website was easy to brows and prices were great The package arrived within a few days and was wrapped beautifully inside box in pink tissue paper very nice touch. I will certainly be purchasing again”

“I bought Gotz Precious Day Jessica 2016 no fringe doll for my 8 year old daughters birthday. She is a really lovely doll, pretty and with lots of clothes available. My daughter absolutely loves her and has already added loads of clothes and another doll for her Christmas list! I would definitely recommend Petalina. Great, quick, personal service too.”

“I am a new and first time customer with Petalina. I Ordered Adora doll curls of love and i am very very pleased with my purchase with Petalina. when i emailed Cate for help she was lovely and all ways happy to answer my question or supplier me with my tracking number on my order. I got my parcel in good time and well packed to. I have since recommend Petalina to a family member who is also adora doll collector as well. I will be back soon to buy my next adora doll with Petalina.”

“Ecstatic to find an online store offering such beautiful costumes for my Gotz Precious Day Girl Doll. Directly from Gotz little shoes and real life clothing I do not find anywhere in Australia. Petalina is now permanently established on laptop's favourites bar of most frequently visited sites as I check almost daily for new stock. Thank you to Petalina for your offerings!”
