“Everything worked beautifully from speaking to Cate who was moving warehouse/office at the time and the clothes were delivered within three days. They are excellent quality and my granddaughter was thrilled!”

“I live in New Zealand and they were happy to ship internationally - they also sent a tracking number so I could see exactly where my parcel was. The service was excellent and I will definitely order from hem again!”

“My three year old grand-daughter was delighted with the doll I bought for her birthday, I was pleased to received sound advice from the Petalina web site what doll would be suitable for this age group. Service was brilliant, received doll the following day of order and very nicely packed.”

“Very friendly and fast service. Doll comes nicely wrapped. Adora BathTime Baby Pink Kitty is great it does dry very fast and lasted through a day long waterpark trip, I higly recommend!!! Thank you”

“This is THE place to go for dollies and all things doll related. The prices are fair, the ordering and delivery process is good and the customer service is excellent. Petalina enables my daughter to have the childhood she deserves by offering the widest range of products and an easy to use attractive website that she enjoys browsing thoroughly when she is not busy playing with her dollies. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.”

“The website was extremely informative about the types of doll now available (it is a long time since I purchased one - for my daughter - and now that her five year old daughter is about to have her first 'proper' doll this was most useful). I found the advice regarding which doll would be most suitable for specific ages very helpful. The choice offered by Petalina - and the accessories on offer was also superb.”

“Petalina has a vast selection of dolls and accessories. As an overseas customer of several years standing, I am very appreciative of the range of products that I would not have access to in Australia, and Petalina has extremely reasonable postage rates and expeditious delivery times. This makes Petalina unique in my experience of collecting dolls from all over the world.”
