“I purchased a Sylvia Natterer Finouche Brigitte doll from Petalina. I live in the US. The shipping was prompt and the doll is absolutely lovely and everything I could have wanted. The box was heavily damaged and banged around during shipping and arrived to me crushed. Because of the amount that the doll had shifted around during shipping, she had rubs on her nose, eyebrow line, both arms and the backs of both legs where her body had contacted and rubbed against her box. I was able to remove the rubs with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, so all is well in that respect and my doll is perfect again. Cate is working to help get my shipping refunded due to the damage to the box and ensured that I was happy with my doll even though she had such a rough ride (I am 100% thrilled with the doll). I am amazed at the customer service at Petalina and the care that is taken to ensure customer satisfaction. I am looking forward to repeat purchases and I'm looking forward to sewing for my new doll!”

You are absolutely right, customer satisfaction is everything at the end of the day so I was devastated to hear about the damage to your box because although our shipping is very cheap, it is fast and normally arrives in perfect condition. You were very unlucky! I will await the promised photos of your box and then we can go from there and sort out a solution that you are happy with. “Once again you have delivered great service , advising me on my order which is awesome comunication is the key. I was so excited when Jennet arrived she is beautiful. I have bought gotz dolls before and my meice loves them but she saw the kidz and cats and really like the look of them. When she arrived I knew she will not be disappointed. The gotz horse wow love it fantastic both items beautifully made well worth the money. I love the fact i live in the middle of Australia in a small town and I can order with ease from your beautiful web site knowing I will be pleased. Thankyou so very much.”

“The purchase process was good, the doll arrived in a few days. The quality of the doll is exceptional. My daughter loves it. The skin tone and hair are beautiful. The clothes are very pretty and of very good material. The only minor quibble I have is that I didn't get a tracking number with my order nor was I informed of shipping dates or delivery ETA. It was a bit of a suspense till the doll showed up.”

Hello Zeeshan, thank you so much for your review of Petalina. So pleased your daughter loves her new doll - they have been incredibly popular as you can imagine. I hear exactly what you are saying about the lack of tracking information and we are working on it. The shipper is supposed to send the information out when they receive our parcels but it's taken over a year and they still haven't sorted it out. Just yesterday we were talking to someone else in their company so hopefully they will be able to fix the issue. So when you order again I hope there will be less suspense involved - but at least you know that with Petalina it will arrive!! Thanks again, Cate

“Petalina is the only place to go if you are serious about buying the cutest doll..(I am a grandmother)....and live in Sydney Australia....there are lots of doll shops here in Sydney...but nowhere else do I get the value...and service that Petalina offer. The staff are like family, lovingly wrapping each purchase...responding immediately to all my e-mails and questions...and fast mail - The range of dolls will suit every little girl....sizes...and the clothes are very high end look. Congratulations girls....you are doing an amazing job.”

“We've purchased quite a few items from Petalina and have been so thrilled with all of them. We love the website, it's full of beautiful, high quality dolls and accessories that you don't find everywhere and accordingly have received so many compliments when out with our purchases. The customer service is fantastic, quick response to any enquiries we've made, whether it is regarding a product or an order. The reward points are great and can be redeemed against the next order or saved up. Delivery was super quick with my item arriving the next day, I also like that it was delivered by DPD as they give you a 1hour time slot when the delivery is due, saving us from having to wait in all day! I can't recommend Petalina highly enough.”

“I've bought a number of dolls from Petalina for my grandaughter. I just love them and the dolls are beautiful -exactly as the description. Service and delivery is first class. I loved dolls as a child so I often wonder is it the child in me that wants the dolls or am I just a doting Granny who wants her grandaughter to have such special dolls to love.”

“Wow! Wish I had these when I was a little girl! The gotz combing hair horse is adorable and a great size. Can't wait to see my daughters's reaction when she opens it for her birthday! Love the gotz dolls. This is the third addition for our home along with the styling head. All are so beautiful and life like. Love the range petalina offers and their delivery service is excellent.”

“The Mademoiselle Corolle doll we bought for my 3.5 year old has been a complete success. The delivery was very swift and the doll is perfect. Soft body so she goes to bed with her every night and easy to put on clothes. The great advantage is that she already comes with a set of clothes as they are quite expensive so good to start with one outfit! Perfect for a little girl and luckily the vanilla scent is not too strong, I hate the sickly smell of vanilla but can't really smell this unless I take a big sniff!”
