“I am very happy to find the UK based company where I can buy items for American Girl dolls for my 4 Granddaughters. Everything we purchased is of excellent quality. Our only wish that we could buy more dolls food and kitchen items. thank you, Petalina - great products and great service.”

“Thsi is a fantastic company. Good quality dolls and lots of advice on the website. Also Cate is very knowledgable and helpful with queries about the dolls. The order arrived quickly with lovely packagiing. Over all an excellent experience. I would like to see mroe clothes available for the smaller muffins as they seem to be hard to come by.”

“On the two occasions I ordered from Petalina, everything was done promptly and beautifully. Cate personally adjusted my orders and made certain that I was set to receive exactly what I wanted, even though I dithered and asked for an additional outfit after ordering the doll. The dolls and clothing arrived packaged with pink tissue and ribbon tags, which made me feel like part of a little celebration rather than just ripping through brown boxes. With another company, I had to request a refund for the VAT, as I am in the States. But with Petalina I never worry. It's all in hand with them, down to the smallest detail. And the shipping costs were considerably less with Petalina, too! I am very grateful for such extraordinary service and will be a regular customer.”

“I live in Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia. My five year old grand-daughter Ayva Claire Bell who lives in country New South Wales, Australia was very thrilled to receive Nell the doll as a birthday present in May 2016. My son Chris described Nell as looking very classic. apparently the day after Nell's very prompt arrival in Totnes Valley, Australia from the United Kingdom. Ayva took Nell on tour around their property introducing her to her new home and to Avya's favourite places and things! Well done! Petalina”

“I have always experienced the most excellent of service from Petalina. The quality of products is superior to most and I would not hesitate to recommend this company in all aspects. Product information is readily given together with advice when needed. Delivery of goods have arrived promptly and well presented. “My daughter loves her new doll, she has beautiful hair which after a week is still soft and shiney! A soft bodied doll that's light and easy to carry. She arrived from Petalina the day after ordering beautifully wrapped in pink paper making it an ideal gift.”

“This was my second order from Petalina.Not only did I receive my orders in a timely manner,the merchandise itself is superb!My first order was Marie (doll),and my second clothes and accessories.The way the order comes encased in bubble wrap, with pink tissue and some in pink mesh bags with bows,every detail shows this company cares about their merchandise as well as their customers.I've not had to return anything but feel this company would definitely stand behind every purchase.I will continue to shop with them.”

“The website was easy to navigate, with beautiful images and lots of information. Ordering was simple and I had a confirmation straight away. I also had a phone call the next day to say my order was out of stock, but that I could choose a doll without its box top for a reduced price. I was happy with this; the doll arrived and was perfect, and the refund was processed promptly. Wonderful service and wonderful product.”
