“Very sturdy little doll. Great for little hands. Doll and extra purchase was well packaged. Postage to Australia was reasonable and arrived within 10 days. Very happy with service and communication. Would recommend this doll for little ones.”

“I enjoy shopping at Petalina. Any enquiries I have made by email have been answered quickly with a personal touch! I live in the western part of USA and my packages have arrived in good condition, speedy delivery, at a reasonable cost. Excellent service all around. I'd recommend Petalina and hope to shop there again.”

“It was a pleasure placing an order with Petalina. The Gotz doll I ordered came unbelievably fast considering it had travel to the United States. The doll was everything I hoped for and more. Petalina offers so many doll brands that are not readily available in the U.S. I am looking forward to placing another order in the near future.”

“I just purchased my first Gotz dolls and when they arrived, I was thrilled, they are beautiful! The website is very easy to use and Cate and her staff are wonderful and patient, I asked alot of questions and they were all answered very quickly. The shipping was affordable and faster than I thought, I live in the U.S.. I will purchase more dolls from here in the future, great experience.”

“I have ordered twice from Petalina - the service has been quick and efficient - the products where perfect - the soft fabric dolls are ideal for very young children - the dolls have appealing expressions and there is a good colour choice of clothes - the main reason I chose this gift is that it is fully washable which I am sure the parents of the children receiving this gift appreciated”

“I purchased a KNC Jakob doll for my grandson, so that he could have his own doll while playing with his older sister. The doll is wonderful, which made me want one of my own! Petalina has been a great company to work with, even though I am in the US. The website is easy to navigate; the descriptions of the dolls are full of information; and ordering is easy, too, because I regularly use Paypal. I have been so pleased with the service, I just ordered another Kidz N Cats doll last week! Thank you!”

“I recently gave birth to my first daughter, having had many years of Spider-Man and Transformers I was delighted to come across this website and be able to purchase a doll that all my daughter's newborn size clothes will fit on, when she is older I'm sure she will love too but I'll play in the meantime :) The doll is beautiful and I'm sure in the years to come I will be adding to our new collection. Really good customer service and I would highly recommend. :)”

“Excellent service with helpful advice and easy refunds when mistakes are made. The Corolle dolls are lovely, feel like real babies and my 3 year old twin granddaughters have a lot of fun playing with them. The Corolle clothes are good too - fit well and are quite easy to put on and take off. They are so much better than those found in high street shops.”
