“Petalina Ltd has made my 8 year old granddaughter very happy ! For Christmas she had a Gotz Jessica doll which she loves. It goes everywhere with her and she has great fun with Jessica. Since buying Jessica my granddaughter has added clothes and outfits for her, from riding clothes to ice skates, and lots of clothes for "occasions".”

“Just the lovely girl I wanted to buy! As always with Petalina, the service was great. Cate was quick to reply to my enquiry and the parcel was beautifully wrapped and quickly sent out. “The Petalina website is so descriptive of their dolls, etc. which makes the selection easy! I was trying to use my Federal Union debit card and it was encountering problems when the customer service person came to our rescue. She was on it and solved the problem for us. The speed of delivery was excellent and made our 9 year old granddaughter very happy!! This has been our consistent experience with Petalina and we highly recommend them. “What a beautiful well made little doll. Super outfit and accessories. Any little girl would be thrilled to receive it.My five year old grandaughter was beside herself when I gave it to her. I asked her which Lottie doll she would like next, her reply was "Granny could I have them all?" Good try Holly!”

“Absolutely fabulous to do business with. Living across the "Big Pond" has been extremely difficult for me to send presents to my Godchild. I couldn't even buy (and charge to my VISA) from ToysRUs Bc the billing address is in the USA and the mailing address is in Chesterfield. I tried to send an American Girl doll to Lexii for her birthday last year and the U.K. Postal system insisted the doll was NOT a gift. The govt imposed hideous taxes and eventually the doll was sent back to the USA. Long story short- thanks Petalina. You now have a life long customer!! Thanks for treating me as a "local"! #shopsmall #shoplocal #imveryhaopy”
