“Very easy to use, nice website, arrived on time. However, as the flowers were a gift, I have no idea what the flowers looked like when they arrived. The website gives no indication of how small the ‘small’ bouquet is, or the types of flowers that will be used, so not sure about value for money. An example picture or rough number of stems or something similar would be very useful.”

“Recipient was delighted with flowers variety and quality. Florist that provided flowers was an independent and one I have used in past, although I didn’t know this at time of order. Service was easy to use and I would use again.”

“Quick response. Helpful when they couldn’t deliver card straight away. Person sending card to was different to person receiving flowers - but they took that on board no problem. Felt I was dealing with real people and not a system. Thanks”

“I thought my flowers were coming from Petal Plan, but they came from gardenia. I was thus very confused. The colours were lovely but rather sparse for £70.......not sure I'll try this again..kind regards, though....”
