“Very easy to use, nice website, arrived on time. However, as the flowers were a gift, I have no idea what the flowers looked like when they arrived. The website gives no indication of how small the ‘small’ bouquet is, or the types of flowers that will be used, so not sure about value for money. An example picture or rough number of stems or something similar would be very useful.”

“The recipient was happy with the flowers. I was told I would be contacted on the day of delivery with a confirmation but this did not come so I had to chase for confirmation.”

“Flowers were beautiful, well presented and packed and arrived in good condition. Aspects that let it down were the note - handwritten had a few spelling mistakes and didn't all fit in the box with a few words spilling onto otherside. I like the concept of choosing the flowers and the product itself was very good. Likely to go back here for flowers in future as better than other alternates tried.”

“Hi, i thought the flowers would look much more vibrant then they where for £70 im actually disappointed, please see attached picture. i would love to send you flowers locally then you can see the difference. only 6 roses in the bunch. regards amz”

“When the flowers were delivered, the driver was asking if I was the 3rd party name who ordered the flowers for me, not my name even though she was at the right address”
