“We only went to Peter Vardy to get our car fixed, after a recall on it. While we were waiting we spoke with Ryan Fitzpatrick and decided to trade in our car and buy a new one. Ryan listened to our needs and our budget and went above and beyond to find us our ideal car. I wanted a brand new car 2016 but the car I wanted would take three months to be made for my specifications. If I can't wait three hours for my car to be fixed, I had no chance of waiting three months for a new car! Ryan found us a 2015 plate car which suited us, and were initially given a pick up date of the following Wednesday. Unfortunately the car didn't arrive in time so we had to change our pick up day. Once we collected the car everything about the car was explained to us, from where the key goes to how the new touch screen radio worked. We love the new car and after the initial hiccups I can confidently say that Ryan and his team did an outstanding job for us, and we will be back again soon, to trade in our other car!! Once again thanks Peter Vardy and especially Ryan and Andy you were outstanding.”
“From the start nothing went right. Trying to contact a sales team member was terrible and I was palmed off. The agreed deal was changed and within weeks I had to make a complaint for it to be changed back.
I should have learned then and cancelled. I didn't (silly me) and 3 years of constant headaches ensued. In the end I couldn't wait to get rid of the car, not because I hated it, but because I found Peter Vardy so terrible I wanted to wash my hands.
A friend also bought a car and has not had a pleasant experience.
I recently bought a new car from Motorpoint and the differences in service are shocking. Everything was so easy and pleasant.
I will NEVER visit or recommend Peter Vardy. Lessons could be learned from Motorpoint.”

“If it wasn't for the fact that I'd paid a small deposit to Peter Vardy Aberdeen for them to get a car sent up from another showroom I'd have probably told them to forget it and taken my custom elsewhere. I found it infuriatingly difficult to get hold of my salesman or his supervisor to find out what was going on. On the third day of phoning and leaving messages I finally got a return call from the Manager asking me to "contact him urgently" which I felt was a bloody cheek given nobody had returned my calls the previous two days.
The handover procedure wasn't much better. I almost lost my cherished number plate because the salesman didn't know what he was doing (although I'd certainly been charged for the process). It still remains to be seen whether or not this process has been handled correctly by Peter Vardy.
On finalising the screeds of paperwork I was taken to the car to find it totally blocked in, missing the car mats I'd paid for and the paintwork was anything but clean (so much for "showroom condition").
I have received an e-mail regarding Network Q Warranty which says "The Network Q Ownership Promise certificate issued by your Retailer will detail the start and end dates of your cover together with useful information about the Network Q Promise." I guess this was missed out of the handover also as I wasn't given anything??
The car is nice and it sold itself, which is a good job.”
