She was extremely helpful and the process was very quick I think it was little over a week turnaround because there was a car that had been a cancellation on the forecourt. So when I collected my car I was presented with a beautiful box containing flowers. Really a lovely personal touch, I would say she went over and above her job description and I would get vauxhall time after time slot look forward to dealing with Jacqie again in the future.”
