“Having bought a Jaguar XF s from Peter Vardy Aberdeen ( I live West midlands so business was done via phone calls and Emails ).
Part of the deal was a two year service pack which they will now not provide confirmation for, Even thought its on all the sales documents and original sales advertisements!!!
Now 2 months into the ownership of the car they will not answer my Emails, return my phone calls and even Jaguar Customer Relations head office can't get a reply from them.
The aftercare of customer service from Peter Vardy is the worse I have every dealt with and my only recommendation to all potential customers reading this is to avoid this dealership at all costs.
Makes me consider were i stand legally, this I will be finding out about.
Jaguar should be ashamed of themselves for letting them have the franchise rights.”

The price of £29.99 was fair and was ready to book until I was told it would be about 4 hours to do, which would be OK if there was a courtesy car offered. Sadly Peter Vardy would not supply one. Having purchased my car in September from P. Vardy kdy I would have preferred they service my car but unfortunately I have to take my car to another garage that offers courtesy car whilst yours is being serviced. Such a shame Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy.”

While we waited to be seen we were seated and offered a drink in a nice comfortable area and was provided with a nice bag for the 2 year old with us to keep him amused (very thoughtful).
We were seen by David Gillan and he took us around all the cars we were interested in and went into detail for each car. Very easy to get along with and didn't feel any pressure from him as you do from some salesmen. Best service I could ask for.
