The service was excellent! Mark Howie was very helpful. He is friendly and knowledgeable about the car. I definitely will recommend to my friends to buy the car from Peter Vardy of Kirkcaldy.
I'm very happy with the purchase of the car a Vauxhall Corsa Sri 2015. It is a birthday present for my son, who tournament 18 in a few weeks time. It had everything that a young man would want in his first car and driving the Corsa is so smooth for a small car. Thank you also Mark for your after care on transferring the cherished number plates onto the car, this was all done in 5 working days, which is really quick.

“On the day of handover the staff that processed it were very helpful, and made considerable effort to assist me. Why I didn't give a 5 star rating is there was no gift presented to me , like a hamper or bottle Champagne etc which I have come to expect and received the previous tow times I have purchased a new car from this dealership.”

“I would like to say that the young salesman mark that we got when we purchased our new car was nice and friendly to us. The only problems seems to be coming from the after care service. I have been on the phone Monday, Tuesday, and today regarding a second key that I'm waiting on each time I have phoned I keep getting told I will get a phone call back but up to now this has not been the case today I was informed that by end of play today the person that I spoke to said he would phone me back this has still not happened so yet again I will be back on the phone tomorrow but this time to talk to a manager .

“Jamie was great while buying the van but I asked before I bought it if it would have a full year MOT and was told it would. When i got home from collecting the van I realised there was no MOT certificate. I phoned and was told it would be May, "which is almost a year" (2 months shorter than advised at point of sale!) and was told that they'd do me a good deal when MOT was next required. Rather than arguing I asked for the certificate to be sent, or at least the exact date for when it was due and was advised this would be sent out to me. I have now been waiting more than 2 weeks. Your after sales service has been unsatisfactory.”
“Very happy with the sales process, the Peter Vardy salesman was very helpful and not too pushy and allowed me plenty of time to test drive a couple of cars and check them over. I wanted the car as soon as possible, so the Salesperson arranged for me to be able to pick it up later the same day, which was great. However after having the car for a week I noticed that the handbrake was barely working. I dug out the service book from the car and found an MOT certificate from January 2016 which had advisories on it saying handbrake 23% efficiency only just a pass. The MOT certificate I was given from the dealer from June 2016 showed no advisories. So either Peter Vardy had failed to notice that the handbrake wasn't working when it was MOTed in June, or it had scraped through and they had just decided to sell it with the fault and hope the buyer wouldn't notice. Neither of which is exactly very reassuring. However they were at least very helpful in resolving the problem, and booked the car in quickly to fix the fault and gave it a free valet. The Salesman was also very apologetic, so at least they made a good job of rectifying the problem. Would I buy from Peter Vardy again? If it hadn't been for the handbrake fault then undoubtedly yes, but I now have doubts about whether I would actually trust them again.”
“Very obliging although a lot of things went wrong, wrong address on v5c et., no handbook or service record with car and no petrol in the car the light was on when I got it and had to go to the garage for petrol, not a good advert for you, also I had the paper advert and did not notice there was £100 discount if you showed the advert., otherwise I felt the staff were very good.”
“the sale and hand over dep were great but I feel the service department is poor the car was mot and serviced for pick up but when I went to pick it up it had a engine management light on so had to leave it another day then after having it for only 6 days it wouldn't start it has dun the same another 2 days later the aa recovery took me and car to ure branch last nite 24 hours later thay have decided to charge the battery which I feel 2 b pointless as it will only last a cuple days wont get it back till tomorrow sumtime I feel this to be poor service after buying it only 8 days ago I .”
