I think they have a different formula it used to work flawlessly but now my 5 large dogs are getting ticks and fleas again :(

I get your flea and tick protection but it hasn't been working the fleas are still on my baby's and I don't know why.

Flea treatment is not helping my cat at all. Dogs treatment is lasting about 2.5 weeks before the fleas start to come back. We have treated the yard, the house…at a loss. Will give one more treatment before we cancel.

I been a long time customer to pet Friendly's but I will be honest I have been very satisfied up until recently my boxes are getting here very late or have been absent here and there but My All In All satisfaction is pretty good but the most important thing is my babies getting their flea medications and anything else I order from the website so with that being said I wouldn't rate my satisfaction being very high

I have been using for a while now this last few months. Shy has been chewing in the same spot as the fleas are in the area . I bath her about every 2 to 3 months

Have only had the flea and tick medicine for about 5 days and I can’t see any signs of improvement. They still have the nasty critters crawling around on them. Will be able to tell more in about a week.

I like the convenience but the flea meds don’t work. My senior cat had a reaction to it and my other cat is more itchy than before.

The flea meds work most of time, but late in the summer they seem to still get some. The treats are inedible though, neither of my dogs like the texture.

I activated my two cats, but didn't receive their meds, nor was I charged. Will that be corrected next month? No one responded to my previous email on the subject.

Enjoyed product and subscription but don't say cancel at anytime and them ask me 3 question why. Cause I want to is all you need to know.

I've had my dogs on PetFriendly flea and tick preventative for years. I added my cats last year. I love that I never have to remember anything except to put the medication on them. I complete the tasks the day their shipment arrives and I always have. They've never missed a dose. I also love the packaging and treats they provide. However, my dog was recently diagnosed with lyme disease from a tick bite. Hopefully, we caught it in time without damage to his organs. He'll be on antibiotics for 30 days. I don't know if any flea/tick preventative actually prevents this...all I know is that my vet tells people that the stuff they sell in their office DOES prevent it. I am no vet or scientist. I'm just telling our experience.
