Our dog and cat both got sick after using this product.

I used one dose for my dog on April 1. I gave him three capstar tablets and another TWO doses of his topical flea solution yesterday!! How is this saving me money??

Read really good reviews about this products and had to try it but unfortunately as every other product it didn’t help out with the fleas they still on my cat like it was water that I put in. Very disappointing I had my ups up about this one.

Even though the low cost is attractive, this product does not work. Both our dogs had several ticks while using this. I'm now using medicine I get at my vet that is guaranteed to work. Sorry but you're wasting your money on this. You get what you play for

We're sorry to hear that the treatments did not work out for your pups. We typically see issues if your dogs travel through areas where clusters of ticks can be active such as in leaves, tall grass, or heavy wooded areas. Our product will kill them on contact but they may attach and take a bit of time to die and you may still see them in their fur for a period of time. ​ Our product should kill any active ticks, then work to repel them in the future. You may need an additional treatment to help kill ticks on and around your pets. However, we recommend, if you are in an area with heavy tick population, that you check your pet over daily. You can use our Wags Advance product once a week for up to a month, then monthly. Often, one extra treatment is enough to get relief.
Had my dog and cat on the flea and tick medication for six months. Never worked, we had to switch because the cat kept bringing in ticks and both animals kept getting fleas which then led to worms and had to be treated by the vet anyways on top of already paying for the products here. Unfortunately it was a huge waste of money.

The product doesn't work. I also don't appreciate that you do not allow your customers to cancel their subscription without calling customer service. I should be able to do that online.

Seemed like a really good deal for flea meds, but it was too good to be true unfortunately. It seemed to work at first, fleas were dropping off my dogs left and right. After about a week, that stopped and my dogs were covered in hundreds of fleas! Disappointed

This is my second month on the subscription. I currently have FIVE animals on mine. Plus I had an add on this month. My box just arrived. There was ONE treatment in the box for all 5 I guess. And no spray. I cant talk to anyone about it as they don't accept phone calls except pet emergencies to their vets. This is... upsetting To clarify. My order was to be sent 11/13. It's 12/4. Three weeks is a long shipping time for CONUS

I have tried for months to cancel my subscription because the flea medication did work at all for my dogs or cats. I would not recommend this company. Canceling is another issue, I cancelled months ago and yet they continued to still withdraw my funds and sent me their product. If you want real fle control do not buy this product, get it from your vet.

Not happy at all. applied the flea drops and dog still has fleas. It's like we didn't even apply the drops.
