“This product is somewhat mediocre (I was using Frontline before giving this treatment a shot). Even after treating my home, my animals still have fleas. I’ll be cancelling my membership, however. This last box that came in, I put on all my furbabies. My dog (14 years old) had a deadly reaction to the flea treatment. He lived his whole life healthy, not a single thing wrong with him. After putting this product on him (from what my Vet told me), he had 6 seizures within 24 hours. Ultimately, I had to have my BEST friend of 14 years, Euthanized. No medicine could save him because of how overheated he became during his seizures. His brain & body simply could not handle & survive this trauma. In closing, please do your research before trying any Flea treatment for your furry ones. I, however, shockingly found out the hard way. Instead of a very vivacious & wonderful friend, I now hold a cold, ash filled Urn 😭”

“This flea medicine works well enough for the fleas in my area. Luckily, they are not the kind that are resistant to this sort of medicine. The unfortunate thing is the packaging. It’s really distressing to my animals to put this on them in the first place. They don’t like it, so I have to sneak up on them to apply it. It really is disheartening after all of that to squeeze the packaging and absolutely nothing comes out. So I’ve traumatized my cats for absolutely nothing, and that makes it harder to get near them and try again. The packaging really stinks, and it’s why I’m going to cancel my subscription. I am so disappointed. I was thrilled to find a very affordable solution in these difficult times, but it’s only worth it if you could actually get the medicine on your pets.”

“I had used this product for 3 months and this month both of my cats were super itchy more so than the other months so I will not be ordering it again. Due to them never reacting like this before. However it's closely related to Frontline so if your kitty's have a reaction to Frontline they will to this as well. Also concerned with the how hard the little meat bites and the bones that are in them splinter when bitten in to. I don't feel comfortable feeding them to my kitty due to it being a choking hazard. They really need to be reloaded at.”

“While I love the the fact that I can get my pack's flea & tick treatment, adding the heartworm protection has been nothing but a pain. Of my two dogs, only one was approved by my vet. I've contacted my vet and customer service with Pet Friendly and customer service with both has been abysmal. No response from the vet, form letters & faqs from Pet Friendly that don't answer or help. It has been such a trial, I'm thinking it's not worth it. I have a month back up, but once gone, I will switch back to my old subscription instead of Pet Friendly. There seems to be no troubleshooting steps to address or resolve this issue. It's such a shame because I've been so happy with Pet Friendly for the last two years service otherwise.”

“Your site was easily a 5 until the inclusion of Brilliant Dental Care. This product melted in the container in transit. By the time I got it, most of the product was accumulated in the lid, some down the side (regardless of the protective plastic sheet over the top), and, after cleaning up the mess, there was no product advanced by clicking the base of the container. I was dismayed that there was no way to speak directly with a representative about product failure.”
