While I love the the fact that I can get my pack's flea & tick treatment, adding the heartworm protection has been nothing but a pain. Of my two dogs, only one was approved by my vet. I've contacted my vet and customer service with Pet Friendly and customer service with both has been abysmal. No response from the vet, form letters & faqs from Pet Friendly that don't answer or help. It has been such a trial, I'm thinking it's not worth it. I have a month back up, but once gone, I will switch back to my old subscription instead of Pet Friendly. There seems to be no troubleshooting steps to address or resolve this issue. It's such a shame because I've been so happy with Pet Friendly for the last two years service otherwise.
