Your site was easily a 5 until the inclusion of Brilliant Dental Care. This product melted in the container in transit. By the time I got it, most of the product was accumulated in the lid, some down the side (regardless of the protective plastic sheet over the top), and, after cleaning up the mess, there was no product advanced by clicking the base of the container. I was dismayed that there was no way to speak directly with a representative about product failure.
