I appreciate the price and the ease of delivery for these products yet we have found them not to work very well. Also the shipping took a very long time and we were always outside the monthly need of products. We live in the PNW and fleas are tough out here, we have moved on to a different product at this point.

She didn't like them and stop eaten them start hiding them all over the house so I stop given them to her

They only get two stars because the product does work. Month one took almost two weeks to get here. Month two never arrived. $66 worth of product they gladly took money for. And not a single person will return my emails. You cannot call and talk to anyone. I will be filing fraud with the bank against that charge if no one responds almost a month after they took the money.

The free samples of treats are great. However my packages are always late so I'm unable to keep the flea medication on a schedule. I find that this stuff isn't strong enough, i live in the south where flea are abundant... or maybe there's a flea outbreak since I can't keep a schedule. I don't knew, $40 is a lot of money to gamble with when I'm always disappointed.

Pretty sad about the flea treatment I got for both of my cats it didn't work and I treated the house it wasn't something that I can see buying monthly when it doesn't work

The product came on time and the added treats were nice, but the product did not work two days after applying the pets had several fleas. It never seemed to help

When used this product before...it worked very well... since I started my subscriptions back up again...it doesn't seem to work.... therefore please cancel all and any subscriptions at this time. Sincerely Barentha Cox 9/28/2023

Used to be wonderful. I put a order in for my dogs monthly flea meds and some home spray and it was supposed to be delivered a week ago and i emailed customer support and have yet to hear anything back. No updates on my order. I'm very upset.

I haven’t received my first box yet but I want to add that they charged and are shipping me two boxes in one month? I wanted one box, but apparently when I filled out when I wanted boxes shipped each month, they decided on two? Not happy and not happy that you can’t get anyone to fix this mess! Ordered my first box not the second one. It’s was orders on the 2nd of September and still not here. How do I not get charged for another box?

I have been using this for 3 months and it DOESN'T HELP with my 5 dogs. they are still having fleas... this is NOT WORKING!! I'M NOT HAPPY!

Unfortunately It worked at first but three treatments later we have a flea infestation. I never got that with seresto or advantage so I guess back to the pricier stuff! Disappointed

Customer service was great and product got to me fast and safe but it didn’t help with any of my dogs they are all still scratching like crazy.
