“packaging makes it difficult to administer flea treatment without product spilling or being wasted. the weird beef lung, as a vegetarian and someone who didn't ask for that to be sent, are yucky and the dog won't eat them otherwise seems to work to keep bugs at bay”

“The flea and tick medicine works great. Unfortunately the bag of snacks was packed poorly. The bag was opened and spilled all over inside the box. . My babies didn't like the taste or smell of the.. other wise your products or great.”

“I love the fle med.for my cat Brian,but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired I was on the automatic delivery and they took the money out of my account immediately and 10 days later they said that the product had been delivered the product was never delivered and I cannot get anyone to respond I've emailed I've called you name it I've done it I've tried to get an answer through any form of communication with them and I've gotten nothing I have no reason to lie over 12-dollar product except that they're quick to take the money but they're not quick to respond if there's a problem.”

“Works good. Only complaint I have is if you have to take off a pet it's not easy to find where to deactivate/delete the order. Not very convenient for the simple fact if someone loses their pet it's already hard enough dealing with the loss. Should be easier to delete pets”

“I'm only giving it a 4 because I just got my box today & haven't gotten to see how well the products work over the month yet. Was here in under 5 days after ordering, love the personalized experience & option to order as little or as much as you need. Also, I love that they strived to make housing & loving more furbabies more affordable. if this works as well as I hope it does I will never buy another kind of flea meds. already added more items to my monthly box after receiving this one. would love to see more add ons though- treat variety for cats and dogs as well as maybe nail, ear, & tooth care options.”

“My dogs were covered in fleas. I have tried so many things and nothing worked. I received my pet friendly box and applied it to all three dogs and have seen significant improvement. I still a flea here and there but I am still very impressed.”

“So far so good. Just to let you know our second shipment came with another dog's picture on one of the boxes of flea medicine. Luckily it was for the correct weight so we were able to use it.”

“We love pet friendly but have noticed by week 3 agter getting flea meds, the fleas are back and driving them crazy and us. By the time it's time to reorder the fleas are back full swing.”

“Convenient home delivery, I don’t have to remember to pick it up. None of my cats or dog has had any allergies to it. Abby (dog) loves the treats, but none of my 5 cats like the bug bites.”
