“I had not noticed that it was for 10lbs when ordered and emailed right away to change but guess you dont check your email as 2 weeks later i get the 10lb one in mail which is no good for me..would like to return for refund..you probably wont get this either..very poor communication..”

“Do Not Order this! The product itself is great, but if there is an issue you can never get in touch with anyone! They don't take phone calls at all and they ignore emails! I paid for 5 dogs flea prevention and the second month I received someone else's cat prevention instead of any of mine. Tried for over a month to get a response with nothing! Finally canceled my entire order and am now trying to get my money back. Beware!!!!”

“If I could not give this product any stars, I would. Not only did this product not work on my animals but it's like the fleas were drawn to it. Worst product that I've ever used. I should be refunded my money back as this was a product that didn't work.”

“I stuck it out for 4 months just for my cat to end up having tapeworm segments falling out of her bum because this stuff does not work! I only kept using it because the support line I called said it takes 3 to 4 months to fully work but its not worth it,just go to your vet and get a prescription. I had emailed the company to help when I initially saw the worm segments and haven't heard back. Do not use this stuff !”

“I'd been using these guys for a while with no problems. Then last month they didn't send my shipment yet still charged me. I've reached out countless times by email and chat with no luck because they stopped using the phone for customer service. Don't use these guys. Bunch of crooks. I canceled with them. Never again. I liked them too”

“First-month application I started noticing that Tinkerbell was acting differently. She was very weak and not herself. I thought ok, she is probably having one of her days where she wants to lay around. The other dogs were fine. 2nd-month application, I applied it to all of the little dogs, Tinkerbell did the same then Trixie started acting the same way. I forgot to cancel the 3rd month - in between the 2nd month and 3rd month, Tinkerbell started having seizures constantly. She had 7 within a time frame of 3 hours. They were in clusters. I took her to the vet, and nothing had changed with anything that I had been giving her except this flea and tick application. I to this day feel like this formula harmed Tinkerbell and then I caught it harming Trixie in time to avoid doing any damage to her.”

“I received flea meds for each of my dogs and cat I applied the product and for 3 days I thought cool it's working there was no fleas . My yard and home was treated to no avail in my experience this product is no different that any product you could buy from any store it works for a few days and then your back to square one . So if your looking for an affordable flea prevention for your animals that last all month this is certainly not the one .”

“My cat LOVES the treats but I don't want to order other stuff to get them. TOO BAD Update... received email saying I could "add on" to my order and these treats are available. Worked for a while to "add" them but received a message saying my account wasn't eligible for add on. WHAT! Even added another pet to try to get it to work. NOPE it didn't. Guess they just don't want the sales. Good luck with that.”

“Does not take care of fleas and when you try to get ahold of customer service good luck they charged my card and I can not get ahold of anyone to get my money refunded it’s pathetic”

“Didn't get rid of the fleas. They basically laughed at the product. Ended up at the vets office and with the medicine they gave us we had successfully gotten rid of them.”
