“I have tried for months to cancel my subscription because the flea medication did work at all for my dogs or cats. I would not recommend this company. Canceling is another issue, I cancelled months ago and yet they continued to still withdraw my funds and sent me their product. If you want real fle control do not buy this product, get it from your vet.”

“The free samples of treats are great. However my packages are always late so I'm unable to keep the flea medication on a schedule. I find that this stuff isn't strong enough, i live in the south where flea are abundant... or maybe there's a flea outbreak since I can't keep a schedule. I don't knew, $40 is a lot of money to gamble with when I'm always disappointed.”

“The flea meds are AMAZING! We live in a rural area on a farm and have lost of pests, nothing helped my 2 indoor dogs until I took a chance with PetFriendly! One of my dogs had really bad skin do to reactions to fleas but now his hair has grown back and no long has skin issues! Thanks petfriendly for your great products! PS. Dobby and Ruger said thanks for the treats in each monthly box!!”

“I love petfriendly, but sadly, it is not working for us. My babies still have fleas, so I am trying some other products and home remedies, along with picking fleas off daily. This is no reflection on petfriendy. Eventually, many pests become resistant and immune to medications and treatments. You provide a great service. I wish it was working for us.”

“I love the fle med.for my cat Brian,but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired I was on the automatic delivery and they took the money out of my account immediately and 10 days later they said that the product had been delivered the product was never delivered and I cannot get anyone to respond I've emailed I've called you name it I've done it I've tried to get an answer through any form of communication with them and I've gotten nothing I have no reason to lie over 12-dollar product except that they're quick to take the money but they're not quick to respond if there's a problem.”

“I had my doubts that a product so inexpensive would work BUT I have been using this for a couple of months on my cats and dogs. We had to bomb our house at the end of summer because of fleas. NOW, the pets are not scratching anymore; fleas aren't a problem in the house and even our diva cat, Ohana, who actually had sores from scratching is healing up nicely now. I'm grateful because I am actually taking care of pets for others as well as mine and it gets expensive. We want to care for them but it's becoming increasingly too expensive. Thank you, Petfriendly!!”

“I had not noticed that it was for 10lbs when ordered and emailed right away to change but guess you dont check your email as 2 weeks later i get the 10lb one in mail which is no good for me..would like to return for refund..you probably wont get this either..very poor communication..”

“I used the flea treatment for the first time in July on both of my inside dogs AND all 3 of my indoor/outdoor cats and have not seen a flea since!! I have struggled for years trying to control fleas as I live in a rural area and my cats are indoor/outdoor. PetFriendly has seriously been a lifesaver!”

“Do Not Order this! The product itself is great, but if there is an issue you can never get in touch with anyone! They don't take phone calls at all and they ignore emails! I paid for 5 dogs flea prevention and the second month I received someone else's cat prevention instead of any of mine. Tried for over a month to get a response with nothing! Finally canceled my entire order and am now trying to get my money back. Beware!!!!”
