“Excellent delivery service but a shame their packaging wasn't really adequate,- one end was barely sealed, the contents within were clearly visible and almost falling out. Otherwise a good company to deal with.”

“The flea treatment Effipr that I bought was not as good as Frontline but needed a quick fix and was low on money. I would def stick to Frontline for all my flea treatments from now on, and that was after reading reviews as well but it obv was a cheaper brand and had to redo him 3 days later with Frontline.”

“Ordered the Lintbells - Yucare Tooth Cleaner for my dog. It's excellent but I wasn't happy with the delivery as I ordered it on the next day delivery. Ordered it on the Thursday and it didn't arrive until the following Tuesday”

“Decently fast delivery, much cheaper than trying to source these items through any other source, and good quality product. I highly recommend Petwell. My only criticism is the speed of shipping, but even then, the parcel was only a day or two later than I expected and that is nothing to sniff at. My cats are now flea-free!”

“My parents asked me to buy Frontline flea killer for their cat. Looked online and found Petwell sold the item as a fair price but by adding the advertised code a further 20% was deducted and seeing p+p was payable I doubled the order to get free p+p Frontline Plus Spot-On Cat 6 pack x2 = £43.98 Discount (fp7c9) -£8.80 Shipping & Handling £0.00 Grand Total (Including VAT & P&P where applicable) £35.18”

“All in all the parcel arrived in perfect condition. The only thing was the large plastic cage was supposed to have clips for the metal roofing, I've had to attach it with wires instead. Still works.”

“I used Petwell.co.uk for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the dedication and efficacy of the online time management and customer service. I was seen within minutes of the ambulance arrival and within 30 mins I was in a bed quarantined off until diagnosis of the contagion can be made. The team were professional and experienced.
