“Very very poor. I ordered hills prescription urinary care c/d stress food and got the Multicare food. I mailed them they sent me it again got it wrong again. Rang them they sent it again (3 times the wrong food) even though I’d specified exactly what one I wanted. My cat was running low on food and has to have this special diet and I don’t have the money to keep buying when they screw it up. I ended up getting a refund and going else where. Now I have all this food my cats some need so I’m donating it to a PDSA at least something good came out of it.”

“Petwell are quick to despatch, had to contact due to Hermes not delivering and Petwell must have got onto Hermes as it was then quickly delivered. Happy with Petwell but not with Hermes.”

“Never used Petwell before. Currently social distancing for 12 wks to shield an extremely vulnerable family member but my dogs still need their supplies of their favourite food and treats without me going out to get them. Petwell had all of the supplies I needed, very reasonably priced and able to deliver them to my home with full tracking so I never had to leave the house. The dogs were thrilled and so was I. I will continue to use Petwell whilst I am in lockdown and beyond and would recommend to any pet lover. Thank you Petwell”

“Thank you so much. Due to the current climate I had to order my dog’s food from a different supplier. The other supplier was a 10 day delay despatch something I hadn’t realised on ordering. I place an order with this company. Even though they must be inundated with emails and orders they were polite and understanding with me when I inquired about despatch. I was getting nervous as I was running really low. My dogs eat a special prescription diet so it’s a bit harder to locate their food. I just wanted to say a big thank you to this company for updating me. And for my order. I can imagine it’s a very stressful and busy time.”
