“Ordered the Lintbells - Yucare Tooth Cleaner for my dog. It's excellent but I wasn't happy with the delivery as I ordered it on the next day delivery. Ordered it on the Thursday and it didn't arrive until the following Tuesday”

“Had problems with dpd losing parcel petwell responded very quickly sending out another so very helpful it was the first time this has ever happened but petwell are still my number one place to go for pet items x”

“Fairly simple to order and arrived in reasonable time, what I don't understand is why the 2 packets of exactly the same tablets were despatched in two separate packages. In these days of trying to reduce waste this seems off the wall and possibly more expensive than sending as 1 package?”

“Decently fast delivery, much cheaper than trying to source these items through any other source, and good quality product. I highly recommend Petwell. My only criticism is the speed of shipping, but even then, the parcel was only a day or two later than I expected and that is nothing to sniff at. My cats are now flea-free!”
