“Easy to use website with a wide variety of items available. Very reasonably priced as well! I purchased the frontline plus for cats and paid just over £17 for 6 pipettes compared to over £30 with the vets! Item also arrived earlier than expected. Will definitely use petwell again.”

“Really great customer service and good value. One of my shipments went missing in the post and I contacted Petwell. Without challenging me, they sent a duplicate shipment with a free returns label in case the first shipment turned up (which it did eventually). Responses to emails were very quick and polite. I only used Petwell because it was the cheapest I could find the product I wanted to buy so didn't expect the great customer service as well.”
