“Easy to order but was surprised to discover having ordered over £45 which I believed was free delivery, that I had to pay over £10 delivery charge. There is a tiny asterisk and an explanation that heavy items are charged for was not very clear.”

“Can't complain. Ordered various stuff at competitive prices. It came in different packages on different days but it all arrived in time stated. I thought a mistake had been made because of the different packages but they replied to my query in minutes. Will be using again.”
