“Customer service is worth five stars; however, three stars given here as quality of 12.5kg Westland Horticulture Bucktons Peanuts In Shell in this order was very poor. The peanuts were extremely small and nowhere near the quality of this brand I have had in previous orders. I will not be ordering the Bucktons brand again, but will instead order the 11.3kg AEJ Nuts in Shell for Birds.”

“I always use Petwell. the delivery is always fast and any problems are resolved promptly . I had an issue where the delivery did not arrive due the delivery driver going to the wrong house . They sent me another delivery straight away . Excellent customer care .Cheaper products than the shops .”

“It is a study set of steps that is easy to put together.. The cocker pups and adult boy uses it all the time.. My only slight negative is the carpet at the top needed to be roughed up as it was a little slippy”

“I have used Petwell.co.uk for several years now. My orders have always arrived promptly and are very keenly priced compared with other companies (Panzyme powder needed for my dog). At the height of Covid the company, like many others, struggled to fulfill my order but kept me up to date and informed, and delivered as quickly as they could.
