“Acceptable quality but although funds are taken at time of ordering it takes several weeks for the items to arrive whic is unacceptable.”

“I had to wait over 3 weeks for delivery of a retractable dog lead. When it came it was the wrong colour, wrong dog weight ( I ordered medium, got large) and wrong lead type (I ordered cord and got tape). The button mechanism was also different from the lead I ordered. I won't shop with Petwell again.”

“Bought two bags of 20L Catsan cat litter. One arrived, as expected, a week after the order and the other a couple of days later. I assumed this was due to the lockdown. Wasn't a problem.”
