“I had used Petwell previously in 2016 but made a recent order (#100387790) as they had the best prices for Feliway items for my cat. All items received, well packaged. Happy customer. It makes it very clear on the website in big red font that the delivery time is from when the order is dispatched (which takes 2-3 days) NOT from when you place the order - this is not Amazon! I ordered on 07/02/21 and it was dispatched at 19:00 on 09/02/21 meaning I received it on 11/02/21. So whilst not the quickest delivery it was as promised and free.”

“Have ordered a few times now, and pleased with their service and reminders that I might need to order some flea treatments for my cat. Very competitive prices and a lot cheaper than a certain high street store and other retailers. Delivery only a few days and reliable.”

“Items delivered on time but unfortunately were damaged. My email and photos were acknowledged immediately and replacement items sent by return. Prices are fair and will use Petwell again.”

“The ball arrived really quickly and replaced a list one. My dog clapped eyes on it and ran to the cupboard where I keep the treats, I filled it up and he was in seventh heaven battling it around to get the treats out. Worth every penny!”

“Impressed with the price & the product, exactly as I ordered, but it didn’t come in an easily recyclable cardboard box, as other companies seem to use but in a large plastic bag, which puts me off using Petwell again, unless the company commits to removing unnecessary plastic. John Mayberry”

“Products arrived as ordered but paid for express delivery (24 hours) and delivery took over a week. When I e mailed to ask when delivery would occur and if I would have a refund for the express cost I had a one sentence reply and no mention of a refund. So happy with product but awful customer service.”
