“My first shopping experience with this company was bismal to say the least my money was taken yet I received no order. I phoned them up about order to be told it hadn't been processed yet the money had been taken £62.07 was price of order. They then sent the order out I received it and an item was missing that's strike 2 against this company eventually received the item what should have been 3 to 5 days delivery took 2 weeks. What I was offered as compensation is a 10% discount code”
