“Plug has really helped calm cat at home. Happy to have tried this item. Rated 4 instead of 5 as the product box was damaged. Packaging should have been better, as product could have been damaged. Other than that good service and fast delivery. Thanks”

“I had a problem with the product I had ordered being faulty and they were kind enough to send me a new in the post which was great by them and I give them full stars for customer service but unfortunately the replacement product does exactly the same as the first one which I thought was faulty. It was the dapp defuser for dogs, you cannot leave it plugged in all the time as the brown stick that is in the liquid keeps drying out and therefore burns”

“The Feliway plug-in was delivered promptly, the product, however, doesn't seem to work too well. Our cat still sprays - it could be that our house is too big, the plug-in is in a fairly central position but perhaps its effects don't reach far enough.”
