“Cheapest for Lypex and delivery in a few days”

“I ordered 3 trays of my dog's veterinary food from another supplier that I had used before. They didn't send a confirmation email, so I spend several days trying to contact them. They didn't answer any emails, and left me in a queue on their "helpline" when they went home, then lied about that when I complained on their facebook page. I gave up and ordered from Petwell instead - in fact I put in a large and complicated order, ALL of which arrived perfectly with a few days. Well done Petwell! Nearly a month later, the "other" supplier has abandoned a box on the doorstep, on a day I said I wouldn't be in for a delivery - containing entirely the WRONG food, which would be very dangerous for my pancreatic dog! Useless. I shall certainly be ordering from Petwell in future, for less drama and stress!”
