“Service was poor. Item didnt get dispatched for weeks and when i chased it, noone responded to me. It just randomly turned up one day when i wasnt at home so i had to go all the way to the post office to collect it.”

“I ordered dog rocks on 21/03 and they was dispatched on 23/03 but unfortunately they hadn't turned up by 06/04. On the plus side when I rang Petwell to ask where they were I was dealt with politely and efficiently and have been promised they will send me new ones asap. These things happen!”
