“I ordered an item and paid almost half the value of the item in postage for next day delivery as it was urgently needed. I placed the order after close of business on a Thursday. Delivery was made after 4pm the following Monday. Petwell use DPD who charge extra for weekend delivery. Despite taking payment from me for next day delivery I had to wait almost 4 days for my item. The message is 'don't use Petwell if you need something delivered over a weekend'.”
