“Ordered 6 items from Petwell in a single order, received all 6 items as individual parcels delivered individually with tracking numbers for each. Good service but really could do better with reducing packaging waste. Completely unnecessary to separate all items.”

“I use lypex enzymes for my dog who has pancreas insufficiency. She has to have these on all her food. Her condition has really settled down since using them. One order didn’t arrive due to the carrier not delivering as the package had been damaged. I emailed Petwell as I only had enough left for a couple of days. Petwell sent another order out priority post and I received them the next day. Really appreciated as I am unable to feed my dog without them. Highly recommend”
